  • Spindle machined with a perpendicularity of 5 microns for a demanded tolerance of 38 microns. Size 1100 mm long. Weight 450 kgs.

  • Accelerating production for locomotive parts. Size Ø 770 x 190 mm. Concentricity within 0.03 mm; weight 160 kgs.

  • Cylinder Head machined for one of the largest industrial engine makers in the world. Roundness below 0.01 mm, weight 45 kgs.

  • Carrier Planet size Ø 800 x 250 mm. Position and parallelism within 0.03 mm. Weighs 219 kgs.

  • Piston machined on Okuma VTL by eliminating grinding of seal groove (less than 0.8 Ra finish). Groove finish from turning operation.

  • Thin-walled cylinder skirt maintained on Ø 575 x 950 mm with a turned surface finish of 0.8 Ra. Circularity is controlled within 0.05 mm. Machined on Okuma VTR 160A.

  • 5VI thread; Surface finish 0.8 Ra. Size Ø300 x 400 mm and weighs 80 kgs.

  • Piston machined on multi-tasking (Mazak Integrex IV) for down-the-hole hammer RH510. Size Ø 125 x 350 mm; weighs 20 kgs per part.

  • Top Sub 8 Inch with Ø 150 x 422 mm and 57 kgs. API and buttress thread.

  • Piston size Ø 100, length 550 mm. Concentricity within 0.03 mm.

  • Valve body 0.8 Ra, bore roundness and tolerance within 0.01 mm.

  • Electric locomotive traction motor-stator. Concentricity within 0.04 mm; weight 1200 kgs.
